Passwords Website – First 3 Steps to Building a Practically Passive Cash Cow

The bad news is that it takes work to set up your passwords website so that will generate ever increasing amounts of practically passive income. The good news is that I will tell you how to do it.

1. Select your specialty.

Choose a topic that you are passionate about, and focuses on a highly motivated market. You will also need to narrow your market down and make sure that your specialty is specific enough that it gives you an advantage over your competition within your market.

2. Attract new prospects.

There are multiple ways to go about this one, but I only have time today for one so here you go. Write 10 keyword optimized articles on your topic per day that deliver valuable information on a small portion of your business. At the end of each article, offer the reader additional information in exchange for the privilege to stay in contact with them. Submit these articles to directories (the majority to EzineArticles the industry leader). Redirect the readers to your squeeze page, collect their contact information and begin building a relationship with them by providing pieces of valuable information in regular e-mails.

3. Create a blueprint for your personal reference.

(I am assuming that you are going to use your passwords website as an information product, if you are using it to regulate the use of a software program ignore this step).

Start with an outline showing every step that a client must take to get from where they are, to where you are. Then begin the process of completing each “chapter” with all of the information a person would need to complete that step. Don’t worry if it isn’t aesthetically pleasing, this is just for your personal reference.

You can work on completing this manual as you move on to the following steps in the process. You will use this manual to create all of the content for your entry-level products, you can take small pieces of it and write articles from it, you will use this material for the content on your passwords website, and to create an agenda for your small group and one-on-one coaching programs should you have them. Taking the time to create this blueprint once, it will ensure that all of your work in the future is faster, consistent and complete.

Are you ready to take the next step toward turning your skills into profitable membership websites that can earn you massive (and practically passive) income?

I will lay out for you the step-by-step process I used to build a paid membership website that generated over $50,000.00 per MONTH (with practically no overhead), in less than 4 years.

This includes:How to choose your specialty, systematize it, market it and deliver it to your clients, all served to you on a silver spoon.
